Good fish and chips, and excellent homemade fish cake. And staff who leave you alone to just enjoy your food. I don’t need anything posh, just fish and chips done well, and this was. Great.

Best Fish n Chips in the land! Gluten free fish n chips ? No problem! Being on Holiday, all 9 of us called in some fish n chips. The staff were very kind and attentive and we might be driving up the A1 to come back soon.

The chips and sausage and our drinks of choice were brilliant and the lad that served me was quite sexy and very outgoing and really nice and tasty and very pleasing to the eye and a really chatty and could have a conversation and the lad who did the chips and sausage was very talkative and very kind and with a reasonable price and good for value meal with good service and a nice smile would recommend the fish and chips shop to any body however good service and good conversation and outgoing chat and I didn't wait long for my order.

Best chip shop fish I've ever had, same with the curry sauce (spicy). I had the No. 10 Special which was more than enough food and a massive teapot of tea. Will definitely visit again when I'm up this way and will recommend to others.
